No, this has been an ongoing thing...I get the same thing. I've been adding a tad of whiskey to the e-liquids, but it still seems to be one of those Low-Vapor producing liquids. My only option is to keep making it, knowing it's a low vapor producing liquid, or scrap it altogether. This isn't exactly a flavor that one can buy by the gallon on the market.

We make ours from macerating Tobacco in PG for a week. It absorbs all the flavor, tastes just fine, but having soaked with plant matter seems to alter the PG.

The Whiskey improves the vapor production and brings out the flavor a bit more, but nothing that will produce clouds of vapor.

I noticed this also... especially after vaping something like the Atomic Fireball which produces tons of vapor. I tried adding a little VG to mine and it did help a bit.

Another thing that helps is vaping it in a Mod with a higher mAh battery. My Bartleby and Little Chuck both produce decent vapor with the Tobacco/Menthol, especially with a freshly charged battery.

Now, I've not heard complaints about the AFB, so, I'm having to wonder if this is also an equipment issues. Not all ecigs are made the same and some certainly cheaper than others. I know I can rely on my 510 attys, I know I can rely on my two chucks, they do their thing, I get clouds of vapor, no problem. I even have the 510's with the mega batteries and I don't have any problems with my liquids.

I do have to give some of this over to the fact that cheap machinery could also factor into all of this.

You could be quite right I'm using the 510 L2 atty from strictlyejuice.com which makes me think I should get some genuine JOYE attys.

Regarding 510s, I highly, highly recommend sticking with Joye atomizers and not the generic 510s. I know the ones Totally Wicked stock are Joye and they consistently produce clouds of vapor, both on my Chuck and even on a regular 510 battery. While my Chuck is what I use about 98% of the time, I'll fall back to the regular battery when I want to be more discrete. Can't say enough about how amazing 510s are, but I also can't stress enough to make sure you're getting the real deal.

Yeah I have to agree with Karl. VG does wonders for vapor. If I have ever had a problem with something like the TV Tob I just add a little VG, shake up the bottle to mix it and poof lots of vapor. Never had a problem with AFB. The only problem I have had is that I use it all the time and try to make myself use other liquid that I already have.
