If you're not hearing any gurgling, it's just condensation accumulating in the channel between the coil and the end of the drip tip.

As the hot vapor cools between the coil and your mouth, some of the vapor condenses and accumulates along the walls of the air channel and drip tip. It's the same effect as alcohol condensing and accumulating in a still. The rate at which it builds up is dependent upon the temperature of materials that the vapor passes through on its way to your mouth and the rate at which you vape.

I just stick a rolled-up napkin in the hole and swirl it around to absorb moisture.
