Well, I took some time off work and other than being really busy with sorting and renovating the house I learned something about myself.

I'm addicted to ..... vaping.

Yes, you heard right. I am now into double figures on my number of days without an analogue, I don't even want one. I did have one bad day but I managed to resist and vape through it. So far I've converted my mum and some of the people I get the train with. I just love it and can't help but tell people about it.

Despite trying a few different flavours while I was off I still keep heading back to vanilla but hey, at least I found a flavour I really like early on.

The thing is, I know I made the first step by joining this site but it wouldn't be without everyones encouragement that I have got this far.

I am addicted to vaping myself and ya know.... proud to be! Much Much better then being addicted to analogs. My mother expressed this concern to me today as well. I personally don't mind at all. So many flavors out there to try! I'm glad to be crazy about this new habit. I loved smoking, now i love vaping. All the fun and then some without the trashy ash.

Welcome . and I think a lot of us vape way more then we smoked , but it's way better for our health . So on those days when you still crave a stinky stick , use a bit higher nicotine level . Once the craving goes away , drop back down to the lower nic level .

Are you asking why I quit analogs? Obviously analogs are not the healtiest vice in the world. Although I do not know all the risks of vaping I am very confident that vaping is much healthier.

Grats!! I love vanilla. I like to alternate vaping vanilla and a cocoa or cocoa tobacco (but it's had to find cocoas that don't drop a ton of sediment, gunking up atty coils and clogging cartos). I like the flavor refresh I get from alternating the sweet vanilla and the hardly sweet cocoa.
