Confirmation Emails?

NurseCin,

We no longer send out confirmation emails when orders are shipped. You can now log into the website and go the the "Order History" tab in your Dashboard. Here you will see the order status as well as the tracking number.

"Pending" means we received the order, but the transaction was unsuccessful.
"Completed" means the order is received, the transaction was successful, and we are in the process of scheduling and arranging it.
"Shipped" means the order has shipped, and the tracking number should be provided beside the status.
