I tried to PM you, but I know you're busy. I ordered from you 4/5 and didn't get a transaction ID or tracking #. I'm sooo excited to try the VK I must have checked the mailbox 3 times today

We did it over PM, not the website... can you help me out with a tracking number so I can rest?

Steve, I am in the same boat as Bellinghamster. Placed my order around 3 AM on 4/6, and the mail lady has come and gone without a VK in my mailbox. Having a tracking number from you would be fantastic.

I have heard from a few customers that they did not receive an email confirmation after they placed their orders on the website. I'm trying to find out if some of you other wonderful folks have received or did not receive email confirmations. Everything worked in testing so I just want to make sure everyone is SMILIN
