Ive read that PEG is now considered les safe than PG or VG, however, I was just reading around and landed on an old thread from 09 concerning the safety of VG and on one of the pages someone meantioned PEG as being the newest dilutant and as of the time of writing, perhaps safer than PG or VG but everything Ive read s far has lead me to believe that PEG isnt used anymore for safety reasons. It certainly isnt readily available uless you DIY. So, Im curious, if theres any truth to what I read (in either direction) what is it that makes PEG potentially harmful, and for that matter, was it ever believed to be safer than PG or VG in the first place?
