I'm back to my PV after a 2 yr hiatus. I bought a Tornado the instant they were first available. Last night, I went looking for atomizers....AAAAGGGHHH!! I am so lost! Apparently there is now an eGo-T, eGo-C, and A and B types??? I just need the "original" 510 atomizers. There are several types, with different voltages, ohms, etc. Could someone please explain the "T", "C", and the "A and B" types?? I don't want to buy atomizers that will be under-powered, over-powered, or won't fit my "plain Jane" 1st generation Tornado.
Thanks!!

The eGo-T is a tank system, the eGo-C has an atomizer you can take apart and clean. Type A and B have to do with the type of cartridge you attach to the atty; the type B are larger. LR (Low Resistance) 1.5 to 2.0 ohm produce hotter vaper, more vapor, and better throat hit. High Ohm 3.0 and above are good for variable voltage and high voltage.

You can just buy a regular 510 atty, however.

Hi & welcome OnnaB, any 510 atty would work for you, I'd recommend low resistence for the Tordado ( 1.5-2ohms)

ego-T= Atomizer and cone is one piece and the whole thing needs to be replaced when atty is shot.
ego-C= Same functionality as the ego-T but broken down to multi parts and you just replace the atty cartridge when atty is shot. ( Cheaper)
A style= Cone shaped
B style= Cylinder shaped

This style of atty uses a tank which feeds juice through a metal spike which has a small wick in it, if your a heavy vapor it may not feed fast enough for you. I would recommend trying out cartomizers rather than the tank system, but that's my personal choice.
