I've just been reading that we get very little nicotine in the e liquid and therefore ecigs don't deliver much. Why then do some folks worry about using 36mg. juice and higher. Is it true that very little is actually being absorbed? Please lead me to some posts that tell the truth about this. Thanks. (Is it all a placebo effect - not a nicotine effect?)

Study schmudy tho not surprising it's been debunked. Cigarettes may "deliver" more via the additives but these things definitely work too. And I don't have to have fully quit smoking or gotten ill from too much to know that for sure. Frankly, right now I'm trying not to inadvertently raise my nicotine dependence/tolerance with all my tasty new toys. Though there are worse things than that...like not vaping and smoking a $9 pack every day still.
