I wasn't sure where to post this question, so hope it's OK if I started a new thread?

Yesterday I received my order of Mint Mango Berry, Cinnamon Roll and Dark Honey tobacco. All the labels have the tiny sentence "Infused with WTA" crossed off (there's a line through it, but can still see what was there.)
I ordered these flavors under the website link Whole Tobacco Alkaloid (WTA) Eliquids
so I hope I was under the correct impression that the Redtail line still has WTA and higher VG but now I'm confused as to why it's crossed off on the label?
[There's no PG/VG ratio listed or a production date on these either, like there is on the GI Joe bottles, but this is not an issue, just mentioning it.]

My previous order of the Redtail juices (Dark Honey, Mint Mango Berry and Cinnamon Roll) do have the sentence "Infused with WTA" and "VG based E liquid" on them.

Wondering why it's not there now? Anyone else wondering about this, if it's happened to yours?

Thanks all, and Jerry in particular ! :)

Having that line scratched out is really odd and I can't think of any good explanation. Hopefully you'll get an answer soon.
But I was thinking...now would be a perfect time for you to test whether WTA has a placebo effect. Since you're uncertain as to whether the juice contains WTA, vape it and see what you get out of it. If you vape it and are certain it contains WTA and it doesn't, well, that tells you something. If you swear it doesn't have WTA and it does, that tells you something else. If you swear it has WTA and it indeed does, that tells you even something else.
Have fun with it.

Thanks for responding Snork.:)
After first reading your post, while it seemed a bit glib, I appreciate your thoughts on the matter. It's a serious concern for me. Not knowing if I just received 12 bottles of WTA AROMA juices that don't contain WTAs!!!!!????

After reading your post a second time...I thought, oh hell, why not have fun with it LOL while I await other responses, if indeed anyone else responds. Side note: I wonder if I have to PM Jerry or email him if I want his response?

P.S. My first order about 4 or 5 months ago was all 12 mg nic and this time I ordered both the 12 and 24 mg nic in each of the flavors so that I can combine them and get my usual 18 mg nic fix that I've been generally vaping for almost a year now. (I've experimented with DIY and vendor juices from 12 - 24 mg nic and seem to like 18 mg best for throat hit and nic.)

As far as the 12 mg nic AROMA juices, they didn't cut my cravings for cigarettes as I still, to this day, smoke a few cigarettes each day. I tried adding my higher nic base to the original 12 mg bottlels, but that cut the WTA's and the flavor became too dull.

If I want to quit smoking, I might just have to will it to be so, with or without WTAs. Maybe I'll never give up the 2 or 3 cigs a day. I'm fairly happy that I'm not smoking 2 PAD anymore.
sigh

So I just got an email response from Chris. Good lord have mercy  I screwed up!

He indicated in the email that I ordered juices without WTA's because the Cinnamon Roll I ordered was $8.00 but with WTAs it is $12.00 and I only paid $8.00 ...therefore the "Infused with WTA" is crossed off.
I'll infer then, that the same goes, apparently for the Mint Mango Berry and Dark Honey Tobacco that I have received. I paid $8.
The GI Joe was $12, so these bottles will have WTAs. Ok so I have 2 out of 12 bottles with WTA's.

I have no idea why I assumed RedTail liquids were the VG based WTA liquids on AROMAs website. I'm an idiot for not clicking every link and going back and forth where I would have seen the different pricing and noticed, then, that the items I put in my cart were too cheap and not just on sale or some such nonsense. DUH

As I go back to the AROMA site now, I see that there are 2 rows of links and that the WTA links play a secondary role. The site must be geared mainly for Premium Based PG or VG liquids, which I did not realize, until now.

I think, when I ordered about 5 months ago, the entire site was a different setup or, it must have been lucky for me that I clicked the links that were for the WTA liquids LOL.

Yup. My bad for skimming. That's not ever going to happen again.

Thank you Snork. I really wanted to think I was not crazy when I ordered Redtail last year and thought it was the VG version with WTAs...
that's what I get for not being in the loop

I'm sorry I did not see this sooner.

Yes we do now offer Red Tail Vapor without WTA.

The website has 3 sections for ordering.

Aroma Ejuice (PG Blends)
Red Tail Vapor (VG Blends)
Flavored WTA (both VG and PG) from Aroma and Red Tail.

Give me a call and I will see what we can do to take care of your order.

I feel the demand for the Red Tail line without WTA seems popular so I would hate to only offer Red Tail in WTA only.

If anyone has suggestions on how to clear this up please let us know.

Also I will be working on new labels as well but we are open to suggestion to avoid this confusion.

This biggest issue is to make sure if you want a flavor with or without WTA to make is VERY CLEAR on the website so this does not happen with others.

Any help or input would be appreciated.

Thanks Jerry, I'll give you a call. Maybe I can buy some WTA to add to the bottles I received?

Before buying from Aroma for the first time (which was last September), I had emailed first to find out if you had VG based WTA juice and was told to order the Red Tail line. When I had first heard about WTAs, it was my understanding that Aroma was the only site to order from and they had PG based WTA liquids called Aroma juice and VG based called Red Tail Vapor. As I recall, Aroma Ejuice was all about WTA liquid manufacturing. The "Home" page and "About Us" page clearly and proudly describe all about the WTA manufacturing etc. The first clickable link under the main picture is for the PG based and the 2nd link next to it is the Red Taill VG based liquids. I clicked the 2nd link because I saw the VG and wanted mostly VG based juices. Obviously, I know now, that's where I must have ordered from to get the Cinnamon Roll and Mint Mango Berry that I loved from before. Then remembered that I wanted the flavor called GI Joe as well and probably moved my cursor up the page and clicked on that link and found GI Joe and ordered some of that.

As Snork pointed out, had I stayed in the loop I would know now that you have both lines with and without WTA's. My fault for not poking around the site in greater depth and then would have seen that there are 3 pages to order from.

As far as labels go, my bottle of GI Joe clearly indicates "GI JOE WTA" and under it the mg nic and PG/VG ratio. Maybe all the wta flavors should have the WTA in the title, i.e. Red Tail WTA, (then the flavor name under it) etc.

Do the non-WTA vg juices have to be called Red Tail? or could they simply be Aroma Premium VG Based Eliquids? Same thing with the website...since Red Tail is the original name for the WTA vg based liquids, that should stand out as Aroma's signature WTA vg line. The non-WTAs being the Aroma Premium PG or VG Eliquids?

A side note, and separate question would be about the PG/VG ratios:

How does one person get GI Joe with 60/40 PG/VG and I got 85/15 PG/VG?
I don't see choices or descriptions for the amounts/ratios on the site? (If I order again, I want the higher VG ratio like Snork got and not the higher pg like I received ! :D) GI Joe is a great flavor and, for me, would be better with the higher VG content:)

I have a answer to your questions but need to run right now. Give me about 6 hours to get my day stuff done and I will explain in full detail what and how we do our line up.

As always I'm open to suggestions to make things easier for you and others.

What I can say is that our goal was to have the Aroma line as a PG based eliquid and our Red Tail line to have a VG base eliquid.

I would like to change the ratios, but I seemed to paint myself into a corner with those options.

If we were to change the options and offer different variations we would have a hard time in order fulfillment. Our goal is to get your order out the same day with great accuracy.

    Somewhere between here and there
I can definitely see that doing custom mixes would greatly slow down shipping times. Myself, I can do just about any mix of pg or vg and am not very picky. Hopefully something can be worked out that will work for most. When I do my own mixes I end up around 70/30 vg/pg to 80/20.

Personally I don't think custom ordering is the way to go, at least for you. But on the same token I thought it was strange that one batch of G. I. Joe was 60/40 and the next 85/15, and I can tell you with certainty that I liked the 60/40 on that one much better. I'm sure you like to have feedback like this and now that we have specific ratios listed you'll get some.

[Edit:] Since I mentioned specific, I'll be specific. I like the throat hit of the 85/15 better, but the pepperiness of that high of PG really obscures the fantastic flavor I had in the 60/40. So in this case I'd prefer lower, until the perfect balance was found. Perfect. Ha! Perfect for me maybe...but the next guy?
