Yes, if you strap a gas mask to your face and run a tube to its re-breather thats blowing a constant stream of water vapor generated from a giant atomizer, feeding the steam into your lungs by an electric air pump running 24/7.

You can also achieve the same result by standing out in the rain with your head tilted back and your mouth open.
