I smoked for ~10 years, I'm 27, was smoking 2 packs a day for the past few years... I've been vaping for 3 weeks and the past couple days things have started to clear up as far as coughing, lung irritation etc. I also got a cold during week 1 so that probably didn't help my recovery.
