Thanks Delilah :)

And thank you every one. I have said this many times if it was not for Rob and his REO's I am not sure I could have don it.

I smoked for over 32 years 2+ packs a day. Though I would die a smoker for sure. I passed my two year mark smoke free in March of this year. Longest stretch in my adult life that I did not smoke.

The biggest thank goes to Rob for helping me get Lisa to quit smoking. I spent thousands of dollars on ecigs and stuff to go with them to try to help Lisa quit. I would buy two of every thing I could find just to see if it would work for her it was the mini REO that did it (Thanks Rob) .

As much as I am glad to be rid of that monster that would have killed me for sure. I am more pleased with finding the device that helped Lisa quit. My drive to quilt was not only for me but for Lisa. I love her and would do any thing to keep her around for as long as possible funny how that works. By going on that quest to same my wife I saved my self. (there is a lot more to that story but that's another day)

Thank you every one and I hope that each and ever one of you hit your two year and keeps going.

Congrats and thank you and Lisa for providing so much help to so many people.

Anyone remember the approximate number of years it takes for a hard smoker's lungs to completely recover (as much as they can) after quitting smoking? I like the idea of my lungs returning to their original pink 'n squishyness.
