Connector screw

I have a few cartos that seat all the way down on the rim of the 510 connector making the draw real still. Can I adjust the set screw up a bit to increase air flow?

That screw isn't for adjusting airflow Pigskin. It should be snug but not overly tight.

Someone else may have suggestions for you, most of us just use a shortie 510 to 510 adapter.

I wish I purchased a 510-510 stealth. I received one from good prophets and the thing is really long lol I don't really have a need for the 510-510 though. All my ego's and my jessy have the 510, and I make sure there are no leaks, and it is clean when and after vaping. Unless I am missing something?

I only use my shorty 510-510 because it is sealed......and I don't trust myself. lol

I was going to mention that too Mike, but I couldn't remember the size washer and the exact placement. Nylon? Metal?

So the screw is not wired to anything? I can unscrew it and not mess anything up?

Sorry I'm so dumb...I've been rockin' my Buzz everyday since I got it. I never even stopped in to that BuzzKill for such a great product! I've just been vapin' my face off!

The center screw is part of an assembly it goes
1. top screw
washer
spacer
brass center piece
shoulder washer
bottom screw w/ ring terminal that the positive wire connects to

Usually lifting the center post on the carto works ! try that first.

The screw on top is part of the wire connection under the cap so you wouldn't want to remove it forever. In fact, I'm not even sure it would fire without the screw LOL. There should be a tiny washer and a little o-ring under the screw.

Gulp...okay, I ain't messin' with it. The shorty works fine...but it doesn't bottom out on the rim like the cartos do.

I have to screw mine a little tighter on the Ipro to get an 808 adapter to fit so I can use gotvapes vortex.. Ive never had a problem with airflow or anything else... If your having problems with airflow maybe your juice is too thick clogging up the carto.

I send a slotted screw to some people that have airflow issues ( need to add them in a kit ! ) the slot does not block airflow on SOME cartos .

And cartos are just not all uniform! I have a 510 cap and some cartos work fine while others have a draw problem. That's why I just use adapters
