I'm flying from Ottawa to Vancouver next week on Air Canada. Their website mentions Ecigs being fine in carry on, but doesn't say anything about juices.

I'll be gone for about 15 days, so that'll be at least 75mls for me. I usually carry around 9 DCTs of different flavours all the time, so I'd still like to take that many, and a bottle for each flavour (15-30ml bottles).

I'm planning on taking my Provari and batteries in my carry on, but what is the consensus on what I should do with my juice bottles?

Is checking them a risk of security taking them? Is carrying on 9 bottles of juice totalling at least 75 mls going to irk security?

I took a similar kit to France last summer, but I'm not sure if they're going to be weird at the domestic terminal.

If you don't need them right away, why not check them?
I would squeeze out a bit of air in each bottle, cap tightly and double bag them in the checked bags. I would also bag the DCTs or carry them empty as the change in presure may cause them to leak. I had one in my shirt pocket on my last flight (1.5 hour) and it leaked. I smelled like Banana Cream for half the day until I could check in to the hotel.

Think it's mainly up to you. As long as the bottle(s) are not larger than 100ml, and you have them in a ziplock bag, you'll be good to go. I usually have a small bottle (30ml) in my carry on in case luggage doesn't arrive and you have to wait a day or two, and the rest in my checked luggage.

That's what I did when I went to Europe. I had a small bottle in my carry on and the rest checked....Just wondering if domestic terminals in Canada do anything different.

Yup just has to be less than 100 mL and in a Ziploc.

It is easier to carry them on since your checked baggage will get slammed around a bit and it is easier to explain to a tsa agent if they ask rather than having them go through your checked baggage without you. If you're taking a mod take the batteries out when going through security checkpoints, it's just easier. They usually ask me to take apart and show them the mods before going through.

Dont take any prefilled tanks. They will leak and you will be sorry!

Ohhhh going to Canada... no experience on a flight there but I think I heard something mentioned somewhere about Canadian customs not allowing nic juice. Ill see if I can find a link to more info.

Nah, the nic juice isn't a problem and hasn't been for quite some time. I'm Canadian and travelling within Canada.

I've made dozens of orders from US juice makers over the last 2 years and never had a single problem.

Generally, there should be no issues. I agree with packing the excess in your checked baggage (making sure it's leak proof) and then hand carrying your immediate supply kit for fix purposes. :D

Just be careful when going to the can for that stealth vape. Sure hate to read about you in the Globe and Mail after scaring the crew into an emergency landing due to the plumes issuing forth from the loo.

On domestic flights they will barely look at your liquids. You have nothing to worry about. My last flight within canada, they did not even require liquids to be separated. In the usa, I have found the tsa to be completely cool with all eliquids. I usually pack all my filled clearos in a separate bag and they gave actually thanked me for doing that.

I will second what everyone else said above. My folks fly back and forth from the US all the time. Check what you don't need and keep a few small bottles in a bag with your kit. Label them well, and when customs asks you have no tobacco with you. If your juices are properly diluted 36 mg or less they can not do anything to your ejuice.
