Considering jumping in the deep end........need advice on RTAs...

I could use some help trying to find a good RTA or two to start with.

I swore I would never get into rebuildables but am tired of paying $$$ to change coils on my Protanks.

I prefer tank systems with capacity so I can fill and go and be good for awhile. I prefer pyrex/glass.

Probably will be staying between 1-1.5 ohms. I won't say I will never sub-ohm only because I already said I would never get into rebuildables but here I am posting.

Not opposed to drippers for around the house but rely on tanks because I stay on the run most of the day, almost every day.

What are some good RTAs to begin with?

Going on a Sigelei 20W and a Seven 22. No mechs (so far).

Do it! Kayfun, Russian, flash-e-vapor. If you can handle the more complex nr-r-nr builds the gg oddy and Ithaka (and their clones) are most excellent.

The Aqua and clones thereof seem to be favorable with many. Mine hasn't arrived yet.

Both the Fogger V4 and sQuape have substantial capacity... 6 ml. and 5.2 ml. respectively, and both can be found with glass tanks. The V4 is intended as a dual coil while the sQuape a single coil.
IMO - Of the two, the sQuape is quicker and easier to "build"... in fact, due to the electrically resistive deck, pre-machined for both coil location and wick position, it may very well be the easiest to build of all the RTA type rebuildables.

Cosnidering I said I would never do this............................I just ordered two Fogger V4s. Why start with something easy?

Now, maybe a dripper too? Igo-W? Patriot? We will see.

Taifun gt . 5ml capacity, build it right and get better flavor than a dripper. The only thing is it's a plexiglass tank, not Pyrex

Well, the Fogger V4s arrived yesterday, along with an IGO-W5 and a Patriot Clone.

Results to follow whenever time permits for me to test the deep end of the pool.

I may pick up an IGO-L just to start with and save the above mentioned for after a few trial runs.

Can't go wrong with the ehpro Kayfun lite plus. It has been all (and more) then what I expected.
