Considering Vaping, zero experience

Hi guys,

Decided to give myself a present on Christmas by getting a e-cig. Now I have absolutely 0 experience or knowledge on the subject, on top of that I live in Japan where there're almost no vapor stores or even e-stores that sell starter sets or anything. Joined the forum to seek advice and find what suits my needs among all the merchandise available around the world.
Also, seems that I need to post 5 times before I can be allowed to do anything, so...

I'm fairly new to vaping myself I skipped the little ego mods and bought an evic and a mvp 2.0 both I really enjoy.

Interesting, I've seen disposable e-cigs on sale here in Tokyo, my friend even bought one for fun. Took me one inhale to realize it wasn't a good substitute for a usual cigarette. I'd like to try out (or at least look at) mod setup, I am really hoping it would be different.

Ya I've been smoking about 15 years heavy and light at times and after buying the mvp first haven't craved a cig in a month and actually I hit my gf cig once a week ago and could've puked. With the mods you can adjust voltage or watts to give you a better throat hit either smooth or harsh what ever you prefer

7 for me and usually light-medium, plus 1mg ones, so I'm hoping the switch will be painless I'm kind of inspired now by all of you guys, now I just have to find a retailer around here...

Might I suggest a vamo. They are variable power / variable voltage and are very cheap. You can get a good feel for what a mod is like without spending a lot of money. They are very popular. I was able to quit cigarettes almost immediately after starting with a vamo. Immediately went down to 3 a day and did that for a month. Then they become disgusting tasting and said goodbye to them.

Vaping just recently hit my area hard one day they opened a store with in a month we have 15 stores now which is good more sources for different juice

Oh I really hope they will, shipping it in for +15$ every time i want a new juice is a killer. That's like... 3 packs of cigarettes

I believe Japan disallows e-cigarettes containing nicotine, thus the severe lack of product.

Kamatz, there is a Japanese sub-forum here; Japan Forum. The 5 post rule is to keep out the riff raff, like the guy trying to turn the forum into his own focus group two threads over. Once you have your 5 posts and the forum has had a chance to update, an hour maximum, you should be able to post in most places here. There is also tons to read which will teach you a lot.

Oh, the update! And I was thinking why can't I post there Thanks for the info, it's sad that the govs disallow nicotine contained e-cigs. That might explain why the one we got here tasted so horrible... Well, off to read up, i feel this is gonna be a start of something big!

The government does not allow ejuice with nic to be sold direct to consumers within Japan, but you can order juice containing nic from outside Japan for personal use.
And yes, if they ever do allow juice with nic, I believe it will be a big hit here.

Oh I'm sure it will. It just seems strange that a country with such a smoking history would put a ban on selling nic ejuice. It just doesn't make any sense unless there're a couple of tobacco companies involved.

get a Vamo 3 or SVD by Itaste along with a RSST or Kayfun clone tank start smart dont waste money like alot of us have on the other cheap stuff go medium cost and be happy no sence in going ultimate now
