Looking for Local Vape Lifers in North Phoenix area.. interested in E-Liquid blending.

I checked the local area social forums and there is not a Phoenix or even an Arizona forum, What do I need to do to start one or does anyone know of a group I can join. I was looking for 5 or 10 others interested in blending as a group. I figure it would be a great way to meet new people, share knowledge and help defray costs by buying VG and PG in bulk. Sharing flavorings and blends would also increase access to materials and hopefully some great home blended E-juice. I already have a shop with enough space willing to let us meet there once or twice a month depending on interest.

Has anybody tried this yet? Any advice, experiences, or criticisms are gladly welcomed.
