Constant headache and spaciness

I started vaping recently and had the same effect. Difference was I have not smoked an analog in over 13 years. I like the flavor and chose to start as a way to help reduce my constant junk food intake. Replace one with the other right? lol.

Anyway I went through a lot of headaches and found that it was almost exclusively due to my dehydration that was being caused by the vaping itself. I had to triple my water intake to level out and feel better. I have only ever done 0mg nic so it may have more to do with that then the amount of nicotine you are taking in.

Either way I hope you find a good balance and get it figured out asap.

transfering from ciggies to vaping can be fun... finding the right amount of nic is not that hard to do either you are at too high a lvl or too low. But you did mention that 12 was giving you issues. So maybe consider 6nic. Also, when reducing the ciggies, your body is trying to adjust to the lack of many chemicals it was once used to being supplied with. There is all sorts of healing processes going on, alot of chemical/neurological changes happening in the brain too... hang in there things will settle in and life will readjust to the new methods...

I'm going to agree with the dehydration. I thought I'd actually replied already but apparently I didn't. But, when we moved down south a couple summers ago, I was unpacking in August. I usually drank water here and there during the day. But for some reason I wasn't that day. i might add here and there was still not enough but I digress.

I started getting a headache. Then I'd walk into a room and forget why. Start a sentence and forget what I was saying, I was spacier than Pluto. It was definitely dehydration. Get some gatorade, powerade, whatever and drink it to get your electrolytes back in balance and then keep up with your water intake. ESPECIALLY when vaping.

I'm also going to agree with getting to a Dr about that headache. You should ALWAYS see a doc if a headache lasts longer than a couple days. Especially if OTC meds aren't helping.

Rehydrate, see if that helps. See a doc if after rehydrating the headache stays.

Jess is right get Gatorade or similar I use G2. Started vaping a couple weeks back at 24 mg without to much water intake and had constant mild headaches, stomach aches right off. Also felt funny like my blood was racing. Dropped down to 18 mg and started hydrating and almost instantly the systems went away. I also changed out the gear I was using for something better. I rolled my own when I was on analogs so was getting a fairly high intake with the equivalent of about a pack and a half a day habit. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!!

If you think you are allergic to PC or VG... your body may adjust in time. I used to think I was allergic to PG but I've realized my body gradually adjusts to it. VG has its own problems, too. I got very mild asthma and 100VG can reduce my peak flow more than other e-liquids- it also feels heavy in the lungs and throat, like phlegm.

Pins and needles sensations in the lungs was something I get occasionally with PG. The more I vape though the less I notice it.

I am still felling the same way, spacy and slight headache today. I have not used the ecig today and actually tried again to smoke an analog this morning. I did not smoke the whole thing as it tasted light I was smoking burning paper.
Instead of spending any more money on this I think I am going to go cold turkey. The whole point was to feel better which I do not and spend less money which I am not.
So if I do not feel better in a couple days, I will either get a nicotine patch or try something else. I can not keep spending money on different e liquids and different nicotine strengths and still keep feeling this bad. I am spending more money now than when I smoked.

Have you read every link we've posted for you?
And the advices we've given you?
There's plenty of stuff for you to try before giving up (that's not costly)

I hope it'll work out for you, and if you're strong willed you can go cold turkey but i wouldn't recommend it. Most coldturkey always fall back at some point. (I've personally done it twice)

I just called the ecig store, I guess what I am vaping is 70pg/30vg. She said she is going to make me two mixes up to pick up tomorrow of the flavor I like. She is going to do 100% VG and 100% PG in two separate bottles to try to see which one might be bothering me. She said most people have problems with the VG.

Get some Gatorade while you're out! You need hydration. Especially before trying 100% PG!

Congrats if you can quit smoking cold turkey. Sounds like you wanted to try vaping to save money. Some do, some don't. Good luck to you:)

That's interesting. Did she say anything about the nic levels? How much experience does she have I wonder?

Hydrate and see a doctor if you're having headaches that do not go away. It might be totally unrelated to smoking or quitting.

Get that tooth looked at. it may also be related to the headache. I had an absess once that was a headache before it was a toothache. Hydration is definitely important for BOTH. But if the toothache continues or gets worse get that sucker checked.
