what e juice do you recommend for someone starting with e cigs. I purchased the tobacco flavor cartridges (24 mg) and it is ok but the throat kick was lost after 50-75 drags. Is there an e juice that can last longer with the apollo cartridges or do I need to purchase a different cartridge. Also I am kind of skeptical about the flavored e juices, can someone recommend one from a canadian supplier that a newbie to e cigs may like (I know this is hard since different people enjoy different things, but any suggestions would be greatly apprciated).

On a side note. I am so glad I found e cigs and this forum I truly hope I can find something that will get me off cigarettes. I have been wanting to quit for years.

throat hit dropping off is usually a battery that' losing it's juice, rather than a cartridge or cartomizer losing it's juice...

When you're running low on liquid, you'll get a burned flavor and a dry, harsh throat hit. When your battery needs a charge, you'll get less flavor, less vapor, and less throat hit.

As for flavors, You'll be surprised in what you like. A lot of people comment that "I never liked menthol cigarettes - at all... However, this menthol with (something else inserted here) is REALLY good!" or "I couldn't imagine liking fruity flavors, but this (fill in fruit flavor here) is DELISH!"

The reason most people will hesitate to 'recommend' a flavor is both that taste is individual, and also - there's just so many great flavors from great vendors to try!
