Contact your Vamo vendor!

By now we all know that the O ring or "positive insulator" will eventually need replacement, and if you drop your Vamo, you "may" need a new circuit board. Other items like a heavier spring, end cap, plastic screen, buttons, or extra sections may also need replacement. If our vendors get sufficient emails requesting that they stock these items, we may in the future have a supply of parts to actually rebuild our Vamos, The circuit boards are actually available, but currently only in quantities of 50 or more at $15 each. We know we can replace the O ring with #60 Danko rings from Home Depot, however they do not fully insulate the positive post like the original silicone ring would. I have emailed Abe at excelvapors.com about carrying circuit boards but have not received a reply.

Please email your vendor today!

Could maybe try starting a co-op on the circuit board and silicone ring combo, but by the time we pay for shipping from them and then out to us etc. it wouldn't be that much cheaper than just buying a new Vamo from Vaporbreak for example. I don't know, maybe some other thoughts on this.

That's $28.78 in US dollars. Plus shipping from the UK I presume.

Thats correct and like you said before, you might as well order a chrome or black chrome vamo for the extra parts. Even the circuit boards in quanties of 50 are $15 each plus shipping, so if a vendor would order some, he would have to charge $20 minimum to make $5 each. Probably not worth the effort if you can get Vamos wholesale for almost that price already assembled.
