As with the previous contest with the DCTs you may notice one end of the wrapper has been opened.
I do that to remove the DCT to check there actually is a pre punched carto inside.
I had one returned since it did not have a hole which makes it useless to a vaper who does not want to puch their own hole plus the cartos are advertised as pre punched.
So it is just best for me to check each one.
I am closing up this thread now.
