On that note for those that have been to my site - what do you think about the product mix and pricing?
I haven't read through what everyone has posted, so this may be a reiteration. I think you need more newly released products. For example you have the Kanger T3's for sale, but not PT2's or PT3's. Also, piece parts are important to me. I already have 2 PT2 tanks out of service due to missing o-rings. At this time I have only been able to find one online vendor that sells the o-rings.
Another thing I find very helpful are links to the piece parts on the page where the tank is listed. For example the page where the PT2 is sold should have an accessories column with links to the correct replacement coils, o-rings, tanks, etc. Very few online vendors do this, and it's very frustrating.
The mods should also have links to accessories that work with the mod, such as the batteries and battery chargers or any additional tubes or caps that can be used with that mod.
The one thing that bothers me is your general return policy. I don't understand why you don't offer a warranty for your mods. For example, Sigelei offers a one year warranty on the Sigelei Legend. Why wouldn't you pass this on to your customer?
