Perez-uzza to this day
The thing that comes to mind for me is the reason I use the Buzz - because it is the perfect device for anything and everything - no matter what I want from my e-cig, the Buzz is the perfect device for it. Other e-cigs might be perfect for some particular combination of voltage and the right atty, but the Buzz is perfect for anything, whether I want vapor, flavor, some new tank system, or grandpa's 901. It made me think of Playstation's "it only does everthing" thing.

My idea starts with this:

Perfect flavor
Massive vapor
Variable voltage

YOUR sweet spot
On YOUR atty
It's only perfect FOR EVERYTHING.

------------------------------------------------------------

I'm no artist, so sorry, but I'd go with black Buzz on a faded white-at-the-top to dark-grey-at-the-bottom background with black/white text (depending on what was in the background) and emphasized text in a crisp blue. I think the banner might look something like this:

BUZZ PRO + xxxxxxxxxxxxxxYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYooooooooooo
electronic + xxxxxxxxxxxxxxYYYYYYYYYYYYYooooooooooooo
cigarette + xxxxxxxxxxxxxxYYYYYYYYYYYooooooooooooooo
perfection + It's only perfect FOR EVERYTHING

In the Area marked with the "xxxxx", you have it dropping in and continually changing between the words "Perfect" "Massive" and "Variable".

In the Area marked with the "YYYY", you have it dropping in and continually changing between the works "Flavor" "Vapor" and "Voltage".

The result would be a set progressing combination that could go something like this:

Perfect Voltage
Perfect Flavor
Perfect Vapor
Massive Vapor
Massive Flavor
Variable Flavor
Variable Vapor
Variable Voltage

...then it would stop there, or "Perfect" would drop in and it would start again.

The area marked "ooooo" is where you have the cool zoomed in pic of the BuzzPro head and wheel. Or even a picture of differnt types of atties together to emphasize the everything.

-------------------------------------------------------------

You could also change up the add a little here and there, keeping the same look and feel, and have the "xxxx" area say "Perfect for" and have the "YYYY" area changing out between 801, 901, Tanks, 510, Cartos, etc.

And the bottom part of the banner could sometimes be "It's only perfect FOR EVERYTHING", or other times be "YOUR sweetspot on YOUR atty EVERYTIME", or "One Button. One Press. One BUZZ." ...or something like that if you wanted to play on, you know, having to press a button 27 times to change your voltage :).

So that's my idea, I think it could generate a few different banners with the same look and feel so that after awhile you'd see a different advert, but you'd know right off it was a Buzz ad just from the form factor.

Sorry I don't have the skillz to draft that up.

An animated gif! It could also be done in flash (the better way) EFC should take an animated gif (highly doubt they would accept a flash ad), but it would be hard to get the gif down to the file size required. IMO animated ads are not as clean as static ones. Banner ads usually only has someones attention for a few seconds, so if they have to wait for the next frame you might not hold their attention!
