Well I accidentally made a pretty good devils food cake, but have not been able to perfect Oreo. I have gotten a few that were pretty close, but just not quite right.

I've been working on JUST the cookie flavor, no cream. if I manage to get that I'll worry about the cream :p

I think I've got the base ingredients right, I just have to find the perfect ratio.
I have been using varying ratios of PA bittersweet chocolate and FA cocoa base with a few drops of PA cappuccino and graham cracker.

I've been munching on a bag of mini Oreos for days for research purposes :p

One of the flavoring vendors sent me a sample of the Oreo they're working on but it's not quite there.

jynn, maybe add a few drops of Capella Double Chocolate and a little vanilla or hazelnut?? I've also come up with some good chocolates but not the Oreo yet.

I like to mix different chocs like Bittersweet and Double Chocolate and add EM and Stevia (in glycerin). I also add French Vanilla or Vanilla Custard and Butter to most of my chocolates. For Mexican Chocolate, like Ibarra, I added a few drops of cinnamon and am amazed how close it is to the real hot chocolate. Also a little marshmallow will make choc creamier without tasting the marshmallow.

DIY Flavorshack has a pound cake flavoring (expensive but very good) that I was playing with today. I added FF mixed berry (one of my favorite fruit flavors) and it turned out good and has a great TH. I think it will be a fun base flavor for a lot of different things. Same with Capella's Vanilla Cupcake.

I wish I could get a good caramel! I want one that tastes like the chewy caramel squares but I can't get the density.

I don't have any Capella flavorings, but something called "double chocolate" does sound promising :p The hazelnut is an interesting idea and I DO have some of that.

Has anyone tried maybe Bavarian Cream and maybe a little Pralines and Cream with some sweetener for the creamy filling part? Does FA make a sweet milk, would that help?

I have not tackled the cream filling yet, but I would probably try to use barvarian cream and/or FA vienna cream. I don't know about a "sweet milk" flavor from FA, but PA has a sweet cream flavor, although it really is not especially sweet.
