Any good ice cream recipe?

2 - 3% Vanilla cream

What company is the Vanilla Cream? TPA sells Dulce de leche, and it is very good, even on its own. They also sell Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, which is really great and very true, but it does contain a custard note, so there might be an inhalation risk.

If the custard note is a concern then substute with straight vanilla flavor and add sweetner if needed. But without the custard note I beleive you'll loose some of the creaminess. May be able to substitute marshmello at very low % to gain some of that creaminess back. baverian cream may also be a good substitute.
