I recently purchased an Authentic Mutation X V2 from the Cool Breeze Vapor website. This was my first purchase from this company as I never heard much about them. I assumed that the clear top cap came with the atomizer due to the product description. Upon receiving the atomizer, I was disappointed to find that the clear top cap was not in the package. I went and re-read the product description and called them on the phone to get some information as to why I did not receive the other top cap.


I explained the situation the gentleman who answered my call. He said that they never received the clear top caps from the company who sent them the atomizers. He agreed that the product description was misleading he said he'd update it to clarify that the top cap does NOT come with the atomizer. Not once did he apologize for the mishap. His attitude was rude and short. I told him that I would not be ordering from their website again. I was not yelling, and was not rude, however I was sort of brief. He pretty much hung up on me after that. That's when I became upset and called him back. I explained that his lack of care and customer service was poor. Not once did he ask to get my name, number, or my email address to try and rectify the situation. When I explained this to him, his exact words were,]"Well, I would have taken down your number if you weren't such a D**k!


At this point I decided it wasn't worth the aggravation and just hung up the phone. I have been in retail/customer service for 10 plus years, and would never think to speak that way to a paying customer, or any potential customer. I just don't understand why these small vape companies think they can get away with this type of behavior? A lot of these guys think, Hey,we don't need your business, we have tons of other customers. This is not a good business model and is highly unprofessional. I just don't get it. Anyways, just be cautious of this company.
