Cool Fire I Issue

Hello all,

A friend of mine just gave me his dysfunctional CoolFire I PV. It appears that mass amounts of liquid poured down through the 510 connection, preventing the mod from firing. My question is, does anyone know how exactly this mod is taken apart? I can't find a disassembly video or thread anywhere. They had to put this together, so it should come apart somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't find anything either. It's most likely a press fit design like the majority of these APV's. Assembly is a one-way process not meant to be reversed. But honestly, if you think it got that much liquid in there... this is an electronic APV and chances are highly likely that the circuit board got trashed by the exposure and it's fried anyway.

What I ended up doing was pouring some 99% ISO Alcohol into the mod and soaking for 5 mins in a shot glass. I then blew it out and hit it with a hair dryer. Works just fine now. Thanks for the input!
