I have COPD and was using PG70/VG30 for the first 4 weeks of vaping. I ended up in urgent care for an exacerbation of my COPD. I read in another post that VG is not recommended for people with COPD. I also read somewhere (I have read so much I can't keep track) that people can be allergic to PG. So as this was my TENTH time quitting the combustibles and I was devastated to think that I could not use this method to quit.
I am now on a VG only liquid and for the past two months so far so good. I realize that COPD is a monster and that it can be triggered by spraying deodorant but this was the ONLY method that I have tried that worked. After 47 years of smoking and NINE attempts by any and every method, this works! Just not sure if it was the PG or VG that triggered it or environmental.
Anyone else with COPD experience a trigger reaction with either PG /VG or a combo?
