Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. I know the concern behind using copper for homemade rda tops & drip tips. I've got an idea to make a good looking, homebuilt rda out of readily available copper parts.
The concern is that the well draws in harmful copper deposits or chemicals. My idea is to silver plate the rda's well & copper posts to avoid the issue stated above. I know how to do the plating, cheap & easy. It'll apply a thin layer of silver to the parts, won't be super wear resistant, but it wont really have to be. Would this be considered "safer"?
