Copper stingray clone by infinite

ok everyone

i have recently been thinking about getting a new mech mod and im looking at the vanilla or stingray (clones) in copper. i like the vanilla but from what i have read it is copper plated brass. which was a turn off for me. just want to know before i purchase the copper stingray that its not copper plated brass is it?

I'm pretty sure there not plated!
I ordered a SXK copper stingray off eBay and it looks solid and I hear they may be the same maker.

I have a copper Infininte and I don't think it is plated. I'm not really sure how you would know with out taking a gouge out of it. I find it to be well made and really like it.

Just FYI: remember there are two verisions of Infinite copper...I believe it's just the logo..so make sure you get the one you want..

Yes there is 2 version. I'm looking for the version with the engraving on the button.. I believe that's the JD clone. Can't seem to find that one anywhere online or at stores. The stingrayx doesn't really appeal to me like the fully copper stingray.

The Stingrays look great, but the switches can be problematic. I've cleaned my switch, sanded it with some fine sandpaper and coated it with Vaseline. Now it's pretty good. If you search for Stingray, you'll fine out that others have had issues as well, even with the authentic mods. I like it and I'm not sorry I bought it but if I had to do it again, I might look around at other mods. But it sure looks sweet. Mine is from SXK.

just an FYI

the copper vanilla I got from 101vape is not copper plated brass. It's solid copper tube(s) with solid brass cap and switch. contacts are solid copper as well. Also, the switch is perfect. My threads needed a little breaking in but now all is perfect.

My brass stingray had a crunchy switch but after some work and breaking in it's amazing. You can read the FT forums for comments on different clone versions to see which one you want.

just an update i love the stingray from jd tech. it awesome with my dominator atomizer.not to a fan of the drip tip any suggestion on a copper drip tip (two tone, solid color etc)

I'm not sure if I'd want to suck on a copper drip tip. Polished SS would match the caps.
