Any local go-to places to get insulated copper wire? Would be awesome if there're any shops that can let us choose the length and priced according to chosen length from there.

No no I'm talking about circuitry, not coils. Because it will obviously be cheaper if I could get the exact length I want rather than buying like a 10m spool.
for circuitry wires, some d.i.y shops ask how long you want it. Theres a shop @888 (Woodlands) that cuts it for you(as far as i know)
Auto parts stores, home depot, you should be able to get it cut the length you need and they also sell small spools of it. You might pay a premium price at a vape shop.
Ouh, I just noticed you're not from here hahaha. We neither have home depot nor vape shops. Would be a damn miracle if there was one... due to "reasons". As for auto parts stores, whatcha mean by auto parts?

I checked my nearest Homefix, but to no avail, which is surprising and disappointing.
Found copper wires at a nearby small hardware store. Now the problem is... I don't know its gauge :/ Too happy to find some that i forgot to ask. Anyway to determine its gauge other than diameter measurements?
I think its the same as bigger wires= more electricity transmission. (Unsure too) if they dont know, you buy them online ah, extra rolls can sell (maybe people might buy)

bigger wire lower gauge lower resistance higher tolerance. Typically there's a threshold how much load they can handle but for this application wise doesn't really matter. Also ebay is just under 80cents/m (just checked) lol
