Hello guys,

Once again I need some vet advise. Well my Omega finally went through a rough patch. I had to sent it back to Alt-smoke because it was not firing correctly. Alt-smoke has incredible customer service , just in case you were wondering, I sent my Omega in and alt-smoke rebuilt my Omega's head for free!! Love those guys. Anyhow since I'm using carto-tanks like the liquinator now instead of just cartos. I would like to get another mod preferable one that using the 18650 batteries I already have but one with a push button. Maybe i'm just getting lazy but using my Omega with the tank without and 510 extension is just annoying to me lol. Are there any decent tube or box mods between $30-50 w/shipping out there?

And of course I will keep the Omega as my main backup...I don't think I'll ever fully leave my Omega alone. But like I stated if you guys know of a vendor of 2 for me to look at some button mods around that price range please free free to let me know ...again thx guys for all your help

I have not purchase a pack of cigs in almost a yr now =)

The E-Powers are very cost effective. Replacement parts are inexpensive. The batteries are inexpensive and have a lot of capacity. Once you have the kit with batteries and charger you can build additional E-Powers from parts for a song.

I have the E-Power 14650 and love it. If the 18650 model is available from a new production run, I'd give it a try.

The only caveat I would include on E-Power: the very latest models use the hard plastic white LED button. This new switch module has only been available for the last few weeks. The electronics include a safety lock-out mode that disables the switch for carrying in a pocket. This new switch module has different electronics from previous E-Powers and will not operate with LR cartos.

Other than that, the E-Powers are a great choice. I've been very impressed with the E-Power build quality at this price range.

Mods

These two mods are on my list. I actually ordered the VV Box Mod from MaximumVapors a few days ago and I can't wait to get it before x-mas. Next to purchase will be the Indulgence V3 Mod.

You guys are awesome ...thanks for all your input. I'm going to read up on some reviews of the box mods and the Indulgence V3 Mod and make my order on the 15th...I'll update you guys on what I get!!!

also i hope this thread also helps some holiday e-cig shoppers like me =) ...again thank you!

There's also the RoughStack from MadVapes. $45, but they are currently out of stock.

If you're willing to go to a 14500, box mods are fantastic little performers. MadVapes has them on sale for $17.99 for the next 7 hours. A few forum members sell them for $20.

It's helping me out too! I am not certain but I think I just read the Indulgence V3 (nice looking mod for $39.90 something) is now cut for Ego threads, maybe that is an option and not the only way. I couldn't tell. Just something to keep an eye out for while researching.

ETA: Okay, I figured the above out. However, in further research it seems the Indulgence has a poor quality switch, and very poor vapor production. For the same type of mod, but not as pretty you can buy the maxi Rough Stack (great vapor on these), and the RiteStack appears to be the same mod just made by someone else, and a tad less expensive.
