Define "vape friendly"? As long as you keep the gear somewhat separated, it shouldn't be a problem. Just keep in mind that e-cigarettes are included in the anti-tobacco law here, so you can't really use it anywhere that smoking isn't permitted. Before other people chime in on the loophole in the local law, yes, you could argue that the law only contemplates e-liquid that contains nicotine, but I've run into more than a few situations where the bar owner will ask me to step outside to vape regardless. YMMV depending on the bar, the attitude of the people there, and, well, how big of a plume you let out.

Thanks much! See you Friday. Look for the huge plume over Papagayo. That is plenty vape friendly for me. I don't want to bother anyone. I just did not want to lose my toys!

Just got back home(near Phila. Pa. U.S.A.). No real problems to report. I had my Provari, with a DID on top, on me at all times. I just put the atty in an old pill bottle for its ride on the scanners. My juice, extra wicks, and tools all went in small zip bags inside the larger one for carry on. They asked what it was. Then they wanted one, when they watched me put it back together at the end of the line.
I went from Phila. to Chicago, then Liberia Costa Rica. The return was by way of Houston Tx.
In Costa Rica I did not spend much time off of the Four Seasons Papagayo grounds. I was told to use "smoking rules", go outside and stay on the sides. Most of the resort workes wanted a hit untill they found out it was only nic. My vape gear was fine, I was the one that got sick! Best wishes on your travels!!
