Cotton wick for Genesis type RBA's

Anyone know of a link to a good vid or tutorial on how to make a cotton or silica wick for the AGA-t2s or any of the other popular Genesis type rba's out there?

And before anyone jumps on me, I understand mesh is the preferred material for these rba's. I'm just very curious as to how other materials can be used. Thanks!

Sent you a long pm pep. Bottom line it works and works great. Been doing it for 2 days and since I realize I suck at making mesh wicks. I love it - cotton is for me - especially with just having twins and no time for learning curves right now

Mitey- ill save you the trouble. I started another ...... off thread bc now I can't even wick my silica correctly without it drying out. I'm speechless
