Something had to have gotten tweaked when you rewicked it.

Either when you changed your batt somehow a bad connection was introduced. The wick is too tight in the coils... One of the coils got shifted... isn't making a good connection any more...

The wick is over saturated not allowing the fluid to vaporize properly...

The answer is - what did you do? (Potentially inadvertently)

Battery check out ok?

Indeed @asmo6. Also did you happen to dry burn after pulling old cotton and putting in new? Also do you have any other symptoms like a difference in airflow or flavor etc.. You'd know immediately if you were getting dry burns but if you wamted to check you can rewick again and look for charring on the cotton where it rests in the coil.

did do a dry burn before rewicking, I ended up wrapping another coil and rewicking and its back to blowing clouds, figure coil might have gotten gunked up from juice? though it looked pretty clean after the dry burn. Did watch a couple more vids on building coils and paid close attention to how they wicked their coil did the B wrap as one guy called it by wrapping the extra ends of the cotton around the positive and negative posts and under the coil, seems to be working better but getting some dry burnt taste every now and again gonna pull a few strands of the cotton and see if that helps
