Coughing stopped when Njoy replaced atomizer

Here's something weird, but also pleasant. I have been an e-smoker for about 4 months now and always coughed when I inhaled a large gulp of vapor. The only time this would subside is if I took small drags or there was a lot of wind outside to provide fresh air to go at the same time. It really took away any pleasure I was having from it.

Anyway, about a month ago the atomizer stopped producing vapor and I finally got around to calling njoy for a replacement. They immediately sent out a replacement and I got it in 2 days. Popped her in and took my first puff. Now I was expecting my normal cough when I took that first drag, but it didn't happen. I took another drag, this time a little larger, still, nothing happened. I proceeded to take the largest drag possible and inhaled with no coughing whatsoever.

So now I come to it. It must be the new atomizer that made this change. Perhaps the vapor is more tolerable because it's thicker? I don't know. I guess the point here is that maybe those individuals experiencing coughing should try a new atomizer. Might work.

Take care.

If the core material was polyester, and it was disintegrating from proximity to the hot atomizer, that might explain why you coughed. You were inhaling fumes of polyester. Not good. A clean atomizer wouldn't have core fiber materials on it. No fumes, no coughing. What material does Njoy use in its cores? Did any cores show signs of singeing or burning? No doubt you had a problem atomizer. The question is "why".

Probably did have a problem atomizer. In regards to fibers though, I can just reiterate that using the black light shows fibers deposited in the atomizer with nearly every puff (while using a cart).

It's ridiculous that we still aren't certain of the fiber content.
