I had only coughed with vaping few times cause i had bought some ejuice that wasn't any known brand even tho it wasn't cheap but turned out was crappy...I remember it had a kinda wierd smell to it that I never smell again in a juice since then...it was kinda chemical smell like medicine or something hard to explain...
I don't know if your problem is the juice just saying ofc to have in mind...
Also I had coughed sometimes when I was vaping kinda hard cause I was in a rush and stressed and my vape couldn't actually keep up the way I was inhaling...
And it's not I had spitback or anything but for some reason I was coughing...
Now I just vape more chilled when I vape mouth to lung and vape direct lung if I need more vapor...
Also I don't know how u store your juice cause heat and sunlight can make the nicotine go bad...
The fact that u change flavours a lot is something I do also but never had problems...
The only times I coughed was those and a little bit the first month of vaping cause of the transition from cigs or maybe cigs detox...
Could be also irritation in some flavour u vaped and needs time to go away??
I just say things but just Soo u have in mind to try after u try different pg and vg percentages cause only u can find out what really is causing the coughing to you...

I make my own juice now....and i only buy locally but I used to buy whatever I could find (not much variety in my country) from the known and "good" brands....I am sure depending where u live people here know better than me to suggest cheapest and best option to buy juice...
BTW to me pg is was the problem cause was making my dehydrated and dry mouth and all that...ew

I mean ok vaping make us hydrated but even before that I mean do u actually drink enough water????
Do you use the 0.8 ohm or the 1.5 ohm coils? If you are using the 0.8, you might consider switching to the 1.5.
