Could not find an rta thread, so will just post in here.
I had to re-wick in the early hours of this morning cos I started to get a burnt taste.......
So it lasted like 2 days but maybe all that popping was a sign it was badly wicked anyway. When I took the old cotton out it did not look black or burnt at all. It looked fine. So not sure why it was giving me burnt taste.
But anyway the re-wick is much much better now Not popping just a few pops now and again but I think I wicked it well. I will see how long this wick lasts for. Hopefully longer than 2 days haha.
Its all good tho cos cotton is cheap
I also dry burned the coil once I took the old cotton out to make sure the coil was still fine and it was it burnt the gung off and then the glows was perfect on both coils again. So then I went on to re-wick it.
So I did it nearly perfectly I think
I am getting flavour fine but it is not as strong as the first wicked one. I think it was because the first was thinned to much and that meant it got over saturated. This I only thinned it a little bit and I packed it in nicely but not stuffed it in, I gently tucked it into the gap on each side
