Once they went to a single contact point, their ticket system, and got the bugs out they went right back to great service. Before that there was the occasional between the cracks issues where one person sent a PM here on ECF and another sent an email and another etc and things got missed. Going to the trouble of setting up the ticket system shows how much they wanted to make sure they could get problems fixed for folks.

Since then I've always had a reply in less than a business day.

Kind of irrelevant to the OP's weekend situation but this week our highly competent US Postal Service :)rolleyes:) got my order to a sorting center about fifteen minutes away and then "missent" it. For three days they told me it would either arrive "sooner or later or be returned to sender".

Not a good response when your Fried Apple stash has been bone-dry for a week already.

On the third day I opened a madvapes help ticket simply to ask if my order may have been returned.

I got a reply six minutes later. SIX minutes!

Even during business hours that's pretty much unheard of, in any industry.

Hope it works out for you iceman and you get you question(s) answered.

PS:
'Cause I'm sure everyone cares, I finally picked up my Fried Apple fix at the PO this morning and have been vaping like a fiend all day, one hand on my keyboard and the other on my Little Chuck!

If you haven't already, you can log-in at MadVapes and check/update your ticket status. If you have a questions that can't be answered with a simple "yes" or "no", you may want to update the ticket with your phone number and a request for a call or ask where/when you should call them.

If your ticket actually posted, it's very unusual that you you haven't gotten a response. Maybe they have to research your inquiry, you know, count stock if you claimed a shortage, check juices, etc.

Yes, I am guessing they are investigating. Ticket did post, and has been in "open" status. I haven't heard anything from anyone yet though. I don't want to post too many details about the ticket because if they can get it all cleared up, I didn't want to tarnish their really great customer service reputation that I read here on the forums. I think I am overly impatient because I spent 3 weeks deciding which device I would buy as my first vape experience...yet I'm not vaping yet :p
