Hello all im trying to reply to a post in the new members section but cannot find a way to do this im a newbie myself and i need to post 5 times before im alowed into the forums does this rule also apply to the new members area too thanks in advance steve

As a new member you can reply to anything in New Members - the Quick Reply box should be right there at the bottom of the page, right after the last post. Alternately you use either the Reply or Reply With Quote options at the bottom right in the bar at the end of their post. Are you not seeing those options?

If the post is locked, you will be unable to reply to it. The posts at the very top of the New Member forum are locked as they're for information only.
