oh, yeah--the fb page is for the blog... i mainly did that so 1, i wouldn't have to upload all the vaping pics to the blog host or to my own fb, and 2, cause i hate email subscriptions to blogs... i get SO much email for work... i much prefer having updates via FB.

It is wonderful be be free from smoking. I am working on my son and nephew. My husband and oldest daughter doest smoke so we will be a non-smoking family and that feels real good.

And yeah, I told my mother about PVs and she was stoked. Told me she'll watch the mailbox for me lol Still live with her while I go to school.. She used to smoke until I was born, then she said she got allergic. I didn't know that was possible!

yup, you can develop an allergy at any time. course that might be one that saved her life!
trish, my mom and i have very much bonded over vaping... she lives a couple hours away, so we are always mailing little sample packs of flavors to each other.

Bell, It is so good that you and my kids wont have the issues that come with smoking...and that is such a gift that vaping has given us. I am so thankfull for that.

I'm a newbie too. I've only been vaping for 4 days and the VK was the first one I ever bought. I feel so lucky!
I have had a few analogs here and there since starting but everytime I light one now I end up hitting it twice and pitching it. Blech! They taste so gross and I just want to vape! I don't see myself buying another pack and I think I'm just holding onto the one I have as some kind of crutch. They have been part of my life for so long I guess even though I don't like them anymore it's difficult to let go completely. I'm going out tonight for the first time so I'll see how that goes.
I'm really excited to have found out about vaping, VK and this forum. Everyone here seems very welcoming and eager to help!

i actually find vaping while out to be a lot of fun... was worried at first since that's a big smoking trigger for me, but honestly, vaping is just so convenient it never became an issue.

First time poster, dropping in to say hello!
My story, the quick version:
Ten year smoker (maybe more?). A few weeks ago, a friend was showing of the Blu he had just gotten. I'd heard of the e-cigs before, but his was the first I'd seen. A sample puff got me and the honey thinking and talking about the possibility of dumping the cigarettes.
Started doing research and found ECF. Was boggled by a ton of abbreviations which I didn't understand. Kept reading. Found V4L website. Read a whole bunch more.
This morning, we ordered 3 Ultimate Ultimatum kits (one for each of us, and the third for a friend who was sold while we were planning our purchase) and a bunch of flavors of cartos (CLOVE! It's been ages since I've had a puff of clove!).
So now I have to wait patiently for our goodies to arrive, so I can truly join the community, but I have a feeling I'm going to dig this.

A big welcome to all the new people!! I have seen so many new vapers on here in the last month I can't even keep track....it's awesome!!
Welcome Steph... I will be interested in hearing your take on the clove carts... I LOVED Clove ciggies, but I have tried a few clove juices and they were no good.... (not V4L of course) It would be GREAT to find one I liked.....
And yeah, no more "where's the juice threads" but we sure could use more "what's the difference between Cartos and Premium cartos" You just never can have enough of those..... ( bornagainst.....)
