2) A copy of troggs? No, this is way better. Troggs SD is a flashlight with a battery - and its stupidly made, once you pick it apart and look at it. He has a print board in his, for no reason at all. That print board is the no.1 reason of why the SD shortcircuits itself as it has alot of places where the fluid ( that will run into the sd cause of its ****ty build ) will cause a short circuit.
3) The original idea of a bigger battery was Troggs? No. That was everyones idea on the boards. He might have made the first mod that included a bigger battery ( wow grats einstein ) but everyone on the boards said it would be whats needed. So no, he didnt invent it - he borrowed that idea from other users - then turned his back on the board and now claims that everyone on this board is irrelevant to him and that he never started the SD as a mod.
4) The reason the GG is so popular is not that you buy a cylindrical casing with a 6v battery: Its because its made, hand made, with thought, love and care put into it, by a guy that the people who actually bought it from loves. We buy a piece of history - and its a great vaping tool on top of that.
Anymore questions? No? Well if you have some, take the long hike up the stairs in the celler, and ask your mom. Allthough you know the only thing she wants to tell you is that you _really_ do need to get your own place soon.

nah ill just by them all then do a couple of videos to compare them. I bet my last dollar that the GG-T will come out on top.

Wow, why not just ask if people like sex.....or if they like food that tastes great and makes them feel better. That question has no answer but yes. Back to topic lol. Unfortunately there will be copies of everything everywhere. The internet makes this possible. Obviously the GG is a good product (I don't own one, but have read quite a few of the threads in this section). The attention to detail, the design itself (we all know chevy can make a car that will last for 50 years, but they dont) is ingenious and should last forever. And this in turn is its greatest weapon against copies. The law wont do anything, places in china make fake jerseys for every sport, fake rolex's, fake designer sunglasses, hell, anything you can think of, there is a fake for it in china. So long as the original is made with care, proper materials and meticulousness (is that even a word?) it will always exceed a copy. And there will always be people, willing to pay extra for the real deal, because they want that security of knowing that their investment will last. People that refuse to buy a lower class product because of a marginal savings. And there will always be people that will buy the crappier brand, because they either can't or don't want to afford the real deal. In the end, Karma's a ....h, a theif will always get his in the end.

Actually, believe it or not, there are a few (small few) that have not been totally satisfied with their GG. In my opinion, it's because they chose the wrong model for their needs (i.e, a Nano rather than Grant) or it's because they're using it incorrectly. There is definitely a learning curve with the higher voltage units. But as you can clearly see, the vast majority of us are VERY satisfied and happy customers.

Anytime. And your father was right. Cheap is expensive. $50 for one year or 200 for life. Seems the 200 is the better deal, IMO.
I think someone needs to compare a couple of the ecig mods. So people can see which is more for them. And as I said before I bet the GG-T will come out on top or they both may be very good ecigs in there own way. I will not buy a prodigy for several reasons...Im not knocking it b/c it looks nice but there are to many movable parts once assembled. The switch can be moved around even after the adapter is put on. I dont like the spring on the end cap. I dont like the button but I do like the button placement. I dont like plastic used as support for the button and for housing the resister ... But that's my opinion and for you prodigy fans I hope I didn't upset ya for my opinion.
The only other purchase beside the GG-T is the silver bullet. Because I like the button placement....I guess you can call me crazy.
I will do a video review on both once I can have both in my hands.

I think so, I am new to vaping, and am still waiting for my first e-cig (510). Tho I think I will keep the 510 for work and get a GG transformer with auto feed for home use. I think the GG would freak most ppl out if used in public!

Sorry I say this but no one has told me anything strange when he sees it. And many people here dont feel that way. I believe that all are a matter of use. If you do it 1-2 times in public then you will feel so normal, and if you feel normal all people around you feel the same.
My advise is not let anyone make you feel bad. You are the man when you smoke it and the others are the suckers who smoke analogs. Think about it
I get the odd look from some folks from time to time. Most are intrigued and interested in learning more about it and I'm all about showing it off. I don't use it anywhere that I wouldn't smoke a cigarette, however.
Every now and then if I get a sneer or look of disapproval (or just don't feel like getting into it), I'll say it's my inhaler. Then I get the 'aww... you poor dear' look.
Bottom line is I don't care what it looks like out in public - although I personally think it's a beautiful work of art. As long as it's keeping the cigarettes out of my mouth, I'm good with it.
