First I'd like to say how glad I am that I found these forums and give a huge thanks to the ones that paved the way for the rest of us.
I've been a 1+ pack a day smoker for 27 years. I first heard of ecigs from a random website banner add for Blu ecigs. Needless to say I was intrigued and instantly began researching. Thanks to these forums I received my 510 on Thursday from RMV. Since then I'm down from 1+ pack a day to 4-5 analogs. These forums have been a huge help but I do have a couple of questions.

ejuice

I only ordered 10mil to start and I'm running out quickly. The starter kit I ordered was suppose to come with 5 pre-filled carts but were dry. Anyone know any vendors that can ship to PA in 1-2 days? I would really hate to have to resort to analogs for a couple of days.

510 atty

The filler in the cart keeps snagging on the atty wick and pulling out when I want to top it off. I've already waisted a couple of carts that were still wet. Is the blue foam mod worth doing? I hate having to constantly top off the cart to get the really good throat hits.

Thanks

The filler should not snag unless you are twisting your cartridges after you attach them.

Never twist your cartridges once you have attached them to the atomizer.
Just pull them straight off and push them straight on.

Is the blue foam mod worth doing?
It is absolutely worth doing.

I have tried all the cart mods (PTB, ZFM, bluefoam, whitefoam, spring, straw, etc, etc). What I am using right now on my 510 is working like a charm.
I took a new cart, pulled the filling out, and cut it so it is about a 1/2" long. Then I can put about 10-12 drops in the empty cart and put the little piece of filling on top. Then put 2-3 more drops on it to get it saturated. The little piece of filling stays soaked until the entire cart is dry.
The other thing this does is allow the bridge to push the filling down into the cart a bit so there is very little contact with it. This seems to help to not get the 'burnt polly' taste that most filler mods give.

* I should mention, I am using this with my Chuck so it sits batt-side-down 90% of the time. Don't know how well it will work on a stock PV that lays on its side most of the time.
