Hey guys, I have owned 3 provari's, 1 was lost and one was old and time for an update. The one I lost was lost just a couple of weeks ago and now I am on Provari #3. Anyways I wanted to see if anybody else has the same problem with them. My problem I mainly experience with the first one. It is when the button no longer seems to make contact half the time and you have to tap/bump the device before the button works. Almost like something is coming loose inside. The second Provari I had for about 4-5 months. And pretty much at the time I lost it I noticed it was starting to have the same problem. But horribly I lost the super expensive piece and couldn't see if it was a fluke or not. Is this a known issue or is it just my bad luck? I love the device and can't ever go back to your basic vaping but for almost 200$ (which to me seems overpriced) it should be working flawlessly for a long time.

Btw I am talking about the V2. Btw again, does anybody know when they are going to come out with V3?

My V1 did this as well. It's the circuit board inside the Provari coming loose (usually from dropping it).

I tried to fix it myself by putting some super glue on the tip of a long wooden skewer and putting it where the circuit board and tube meet (after re-aligning the board and button with some judicious taps on the table). Always would come loose eventually though.

Now that I know how to remove the top cap, it would be much easier to hot glue the circuit board down.

I sent mine back to Provari to get fixed under warranty.
