couple questions on vmod

I ordered a Vapage VMod-XL "A La Carte" last night. Is this all I need to start "vaping"? I'm new to this so I have no idea.

Aslo...I was thinking of getting one that looks like a cig as well. Should I stick with the same company? interchangeable parts maybe? My thoughts are I would rather puff on an ecig that looks like a regular cig in public. I dont anyone thinking I might be doing some drugs or anything.

Hello and welcome to ECF! Yes, you will need batteries and some eliquid. The link you provided says the VMod comes with a cartomizer and an atty. You might want to get some spare cartomizers though.

I recommend using attys b/c it is a bottom feeder pv.

They have hybrid attys at vapage and other suppliers. I hope you ordered a battery or two b/c I don't think the "A La Carte" comes with one. It uses 18650 batteries. It always good to have backups!

It's a good idea to always have extra juice. It may take a few juices to find one you really like. What you bought comes w/ 2 9ml bottles for it. Good luck with it. I don't have one, but I've heard lots of good things about it.

I tried to call the company but no one answered. I'm guessing there closed on the weekends.
I wanted to make sure the Vapage Premium V-Mod System and the Vapage VMod-XL "A La Carte" were the same and if so I wanted to try and bump my order up to the Premium V-Mod System because it isn't on back order and it comes with batteries.

As far as the liquid goes. I smoke about a pack and a half a day. Just a ball park figure how long will a ml of liquid last? I just want to get an idea of how much liquid I should order.

Make sure the premium you are looking at is the XL (if that's what you want). The one I see (Premium VMOD System) is not the XL.

I'd get a couple of extra cartos, a battery if necessary, and make sure you have a variety of juice samples if you don't have a juice you know you like yet.

When I went to order some cartomisers it asked me what ohms...? 1.8,2.2,2.8. Is the higher number a stronger hit?
