Coupon not working

I tried the coupon "ecigforum" and it does not seem to work. Does it not work on starter kits?

The coupon code "ecigforum" is indeed good for 25% off all items in our store except sale items and PG. Currently all starter kits are on sale. I explained this in a message as quoted below

"all starter kits are on sale. Prices start at 39.99 for the DSE901 and KR808D-1 kits. Joye510 manual battery and PCC kits are also included in this sale. We are out of stock on white DSE901 kits due to a US Customs seizure (so much for EMS being "safe") but are hoping to have them back within 10 days or so. Sale runs at least until midnight 8/23/09 EST. Shipping as always is free for orders over 70.00 otherwise 5.00 flat rate shipping applies. Coupon codes will not be honored on the starter kits during the sale, however are good for any other items in our e-store with the exception of PG. The coupon code "ecigforum" (without the quotation marks) will give you 25% off all other items. "

All other items should reflect a 25% discount in the cart when you checkout.
