Just wanted to start off saying this is my first post on ECF. Thank you i find myself reading more post then then writing anything.
I wanted to share a story.

Yesterday i was in court, yes court. I was there for Child support, ( NOT GOING INTO WHY ).
So i was sitting in the back room talking with a judge and a couple of attorneys and i start to get stressed out. Well when im stressed i vape. So with out thinking i start to vape. The judge looks at me like I'm crazy and then nods her head. The attorney says you can't smoke that in here. The judge replied " Its Legal to smoke a E-cig in the courtroom. " I can't stop him.
I was shocked. The judge was letting me kick back and relax and Puff away.

So the story is. Don't be scared to smoke inside a court room in FLORIDA.

The judge after words asked where did i get my e-cig never send one like that.

Thanks, I was thinking about vapestock. Its a 2 hour drive. Im in Gainesville, FL
Might take a drive down to clearwater and do some fishing.

WOW that sounds awesome

Actually the other day I was at an outdoor concert sponsored by SmokeFree WA and I was vaping away after a few beers and a police officer came over and said some people had been asking him to come over and speak with me and that I should just look like we were talking for a few seconds then he would go away and leave me alone! I was so shocked!

I have been to Clearwater area court facilites several times in the last six months. I have never received a comment when I empty my pockets into the basket at security. However, an attorney who uses them told me that a bailiff told him he couldn't use his because people with THINK he is smoking. How dumb is that? I try to be discreet anytime i'm indoors. If asked about it I think it would be better to call it a personal vaporizer instead of an electronic cigarette.
