Well this is long overdue, I have been buying stuff from them for the last few months and could not be happier with their prices and speediness of shipping.

So Sunday I went shopping again and order some battery cases and saw that he had the 14500 that fit the protected batteries. (Score I got lots of lose batteries) so today they arrived. I was looking forward to organizing my chest full of mod stuff.


Well after a few minutes I realized I had the wrong cases they were the ones for the IMR 14500 there just a little shorter and my Ultra Fire 14500’s won’t fit. So I check the invoice and I did order the right ones.

So I shoot Bruce an email through his site at 4:10 PM PST and got a reply at 5:32 PST WOW I am impressed, I now there is a 3 HR difference in time.

So Bruce said he would get the right ones out to me ASAP and I offered to send the other back but he would not have that.

Checked Email around 7:30PST and found an email from Bruce that had shipping info on it and will go out tomorrow.

Now that’s customer service.

Thank you Bruce and COV exultant customer service and I will continue to shop with you for my needs. :)
