Hey I just replaced my Ce2 and for some reason now I get smoke inside my tank after I vap. I never had that b4 I replaced it. What could be causing and and how do I go about fixing it.LOL Thanks

My goodness I just had this very same issue today on my array tank mod! I'm sure it's the same tank mod right? Too plastic seals on a massive 5mls of juice strong plastic mod with CE2 XL innards?

Like you when I've eventually replaced the insides as I was getting poor vapour or washing it out just didn't work any more after seeing really frayed wicks and refilling it after (I think) 7 or more times it was on it's last legs so to speak. I've done this before however and I wasn't getting the strange smoke filled tank problem before. I think it's to do with the efficiency of the rubber silcone like cap. It just dosent seem to work quite so well over time. It's time to lay the insides to rest in that CE2 heaven in the sky (a heaven I dare say is getting rather full now if these boards are to be believed!) and pop in a new Ce2 or at least one you've barely used. Make sure the new rubber cap along with your new insides is held securely by your plastic caps, it'll vape like a trooper and no more smokey insides! Least, that worked for me today. Maybe someone else has a better solution.

The wires that go from the ceramic cup to the stalk also heat up when you fire the coil. You've got a low amount of juice in there, and the wire is heating up enough to vaporize the juice left on the wire. I got that all the time, and it doesn't really do anything bad. The heat will make your juice turn dark, but that's about it.

If it really bothers you, and you're handy with a soldering iron, you could unsolder the wires from the stalk, slip some silicone tubing over them as a sleeve, then resolder. That would keep the vapor down to a minimum.

I do not have a MAP tank, but I do have a CE2 tank. I noticed this happening after a cleaning. What I have started doing is putting the silicone cap onto the CE2 before installing the top of the tank- no vapor in the tank.
Seems to me, by leaving that cap in the top of the tank I have, then just putting the tank top on-it leaves a small air gap between the CE2 and that silicone cap which then allows the vapor to get inside. I also pull up the CE2 just a tad before putting the cap on, trying to keep it as high up in the tank as possible. Hope this helps.
