The fact is that both US and UK shops have terrible software.
Also, we already experience the policy of restricted quantity on some items. So I do not get the argument that some unethical people put hundreds of items in basket just to pretend the item is sold out. Why not just restrict the quantitity one can put in basket and let the basket work in real time then?
It is good to advice someone how to make wires but this thread is not about that. How about if someone would need ceramic housing for example? Would you advice him how to turn it on lathe?
Just my two crowns. :)

I made my order for the pre made wire and when I went to check out after filling out all my details it says the item is no longer there.......

It all went to my cart so what's the issue?????
It should have gone through and I expected it to as well..!!!

Please don't say I should have been quicker because when you click on something to buy and it goes to your shopping Cart then the buyer should know that they have the item..... Not to be told that it's no longer there after it's said it is and then after making me fill out all my info inc credit card details to be told ..... Sorry this item is no longer available.

The only nonsense here is someone from another country trying to buy from a GG vendor that cannot sell to them in the first place.

What kind of an answer is... You have to pay for it right away ???
What if people want to buy other things as well to make it worth while ?
I don't live in the USA so thought it best to order other things because of the shipping...!!!

And when it says you can't have this item, the whole process takes forever to change I ended up not being able to get the other ready made wires as well that I HAD IN MY CART !!!!

I'm sorry but I think he should come good on this order

No way, not here or anywhere else that he ships to. We are all adults here and if your not quick enough to get the gg supplies you want, then you need to wait until the next time. It has happened to me a few times, I dont cry baby about it.

Personally I believe the solution is quite simple, Imeo needs to drop all other resellers and just have Bruce as his sole distributor and send all the stock to him instead.
Greek seller STILL does not accept PP (understandable) or CC (no excuse as it's been way too long), Cam over in the UK can't manage a website worth a damn (he doesn't even have a notification system in place) and would rather sell his stock at local vapemeets which is wrong for a supposed global seller. I'm sorry if I'm offending anyone but I'm sick of excuses and am just telling the truth as I see it.

He ships to Mexico & Canada does he not ?
What country do they fall into ?
Wouldn't that be ANOTHER country also ?

Sharing views is one thing, no offense, but you sound like a 5 year old boy kicking and screaming because they didnt get what they want. There are better ways to express your views that are less demanding or accusatory (is that even a word?). Just sayin.

Scenario:
Imeo has 100 NEW GGTS to sell and starts a forum for pre-order and people start to put their names down...
101 people put their names down,
You put your name down and are number 5.
When the time comes to post the GGTS, you're left, you get nothing.
You question imeo that why haven't you got your GGTS as you were number 5 on the list.
His answer: the other 100 paid before you, you should have been faster & better luck next time.....

Would you sit down twiddling your thumbs and say to yourself: oh well, I'm mature and I'll wait for next time or would you ask imeo to do something as you had the money ready and were number 5 so you should have got one....

By writing your name on the list you showed you were committed to buy, that's the same as when you put something in a cart on the website, you are showing your commitment to buy that item.
When you get told: sorry the item is no longer available after completing the address and credit card details, naturally a person gets frustrated my friend.

My frustration was NOT towards Bruce or Justin as they are both good people, it was to the system that is in place, which others also agree with.

Could I have gone about it differently: yes I could have

Could you have shown your maturity by saying: Osiris I understand where you are coming from but in my honest opinion this was not the right way of going about it.... Yes you could have.

BUT you decided to take a cheap dig at me on a forum, showing your level of maturity.

Others on this forum diffused the situation, showing THEIR lvl of maturity.
Bish even offered to do a video out of kindness, others said better luck next time, some said they've been in the same situation, many have the same issue with the system.
All were good and helpful as I guess they have been in this situation and know one CAN get frustrated...

Anyone can have digs at anyone, if someone is wrong in what they are doing, then it's on us to explain that maybe this isn't right and try this or do it this way.... NOT cheap attacks about age or what country COV can or cannot post to.

Forums are for advice, help, guidance, mentoring others who are new

I don't know how long you have been on GG forums but I am new & do luv imeo's products & know he's a very good sincere man, which was the reason why I joined.

Just a little word of advice: people do generally in life get frustrated, angry, ...... of etc etc at lots of things.
It doesn't mean that we should start kicking that person more to get a few brownie points.....!!!

Just sayin !!!

due to import laws I think that sending everything to Bruce is a bad idea , I do think the real problem is there need to be more stock , at least enough to last a week . Do I know how much ? no way , but suppliers need to have an idea . Can IMEO get enough stock to ship out ? I don't know , nor is it my business but I'm sure he's trying his best
